This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, including flagship consumer brands and aviation manufacturers, in complex product liability and mass tort disputes.
Remote candidates may also be considered based on location.In this role, you will: Handle Complex Litigation: Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability and mass tort disputes.Provide Strategic Counsel: Advise clients on litigation strategies in bet-the-company cases.Draft and Manage Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery to support litigation strategies.Collaborate with Top-Tier Attorneys: Work with over 70 attorneys across multiple offices in a collegial and supportive environment.Candidate Profile We are seeking candidates with:Experience: At least three years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage complex litigation.References: Strong professional references demonstrating high performance and collaboration.Why Join This Team?
