We embrace risk and challenge ourselves to think creatively, fostering teamwork and diversity to fuel our ideas.Lean Ownership: Lean Ownership means owning our actions and outcomes, proactively seeking ways to improve the company for the long haul.About The Role: As a Senior Backend Engineer (L4), you will work on:Producing simple, maintainable code and searching for ways to improve it.Ensuring the platform's performance given the complexity of the data structures and the volume of requests.Testing your code thoroughly (unit tests, acceptance tests, integration tests, load tests, performance tests) and proposing/implementing performance improvements.Understanding the capabilities and limitations of existing architectures and evolving them to meet future product requirements.Learning and helping others learn how to write high-quality code.Defining and implementing technical safety measures in the organization.Supervising access rights to the organization's resources based on ISMS.Responding to threats and security incidents in collaboration with the Security department.Maintaining ICT infrastructure and resources based on the Operational Activity Process following ISMS security guidelines.Our Daily Stack: Technical stack: TypeScript, Node.Js, React, React Native, Auth0, MongoDB (Atlas).
