Highly reputable and innovative Engineering Contractor Elusav has an exciting opportunity for a CSA Site Manager for a leading European Engineering Contractor on a new data center project based in Madrid.

Responsibilities Project Oversight: Take charge of the CSA aspects of assigned construction projects, overseeing all civil, structural, and architectural works from inception to completion.
Planning and Coordination: Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, to develop detailed plans and schedules that adhere to quality, safety, and budgetary guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards in all CSA works, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Safety Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture on-site, enforcing all relevant health and safety regulations, and promoting best practices to eliminate accidents and hazards.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of CSA work progress, providing regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles related to CSA works, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Change Management: Manage and evaluate variations to CSA scope, communicating changes effectively to the project team and clients.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 4 years) as a CSA Site Manager in large-scale construction projects, preferably in the industrial or commercial sector.
