You will also support the administrative needs of the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry. Additionally, you will participate in emergency preparedness and response activities, ensuring all related services are documented accurately.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receive, screen, and direct callers and walk-in customers to the appropriate FFSP staff.Provide general information and referrals to military and community resources.Enroll and schedule customers in briefs, workshops, classes, and individual appointments.Perform administrative and clerical services, including finalizing correspondence, preparing military messages, and managing files.Assist in making travel arrangements and distributing mass mailings.Ensure all information and referral services are entered and tracked in FFSMIS.Provide administrative support for the Counseling and Advocacy Program, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing sensitive customer interactions.Participate in emergency response exercises and facilitate FFSP participation in public awareness campaigns.Supervisory Responsibilities:None.Other Skills and Abilities:Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle potentially difficult or distraught clients
