We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Technician to join our team.
As a Fibre Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fibre-optic communication systems.
You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to solve complex technical problems.Minimum Requirements:Experience in installation, termination, and testing of copper cablesExperience in installation, termination, and testing of Fibre Optics cablingAbility to follow design drawings and schematicsMust be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a teamMust have a focus on Health & SafetyExcellent communication skillsUse hand and power tools competently and safelyDuties & Responsibilities:Installing and dressing Cat 5e / Cat 6 / Cat 6A (Copper Cable)Installing and dressing fiber cablesInstall CabinetsInstall RacksTerminate and test Cat 5e / Cat 6 / Cat 6A (Copper Cable)Terminate and test Fibre Optic CablePatching Fibre cablesQualifications but not Essential:Minimum 2 years experience with installations of fibre and copper cablesManual Handling (Will be provided in-house)Full Driving LicenceWorking at Heights (Will be provided in-house)MUST BE fluent in EnglishPay: 14.00€ - 18.00€ per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
