Provide effective management of all contracts and contractors involved in the quality assurance, crude transport, and infrastructure execution projects, ensuring adherence to the principles of Operational Excellence, and effective cost management5. Development and implementation of a control and monitoring system for crude quality and volume movements, with associated KPI's6. Development and implementation of a control and monitoring system for Infrastructure projects contracting and execution, with associated KPI's7.
