Empresas: Playitas Resort We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sports Instructor to join our team. You will deliver high-quality sports programs and activities to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals. Responsabilities: - Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere during classes to encourage maximum participation and enjoyment - Deliver a daily range of sports sessions for different levels and backgrounds. For example Crossfit, Yoga, Cardio & Strength classes or other group activities - Offer expert support and guidance to guests seeking fitness-related advice or information anywhere around the resort, even outside of scheduled classes - Participate in events organized by the Sports department and assist with group requirements - Lead social activities as Volleybal, Badminton, Football, Handball, Floorball, Tournaments and races - Ensuring safety at all times, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of sports areas and equipment - Collaborate with the manager in creating and launching new fitness programs and initiatives - Implement various group exercise classes with a focus on Group Fitness Classes, Crossfit, Functional Training, Yoga, and Social Sports - Assist in the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives - Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to further develop teaching skills and knowledge - Foster a positive work environment and aim to be a team player - Collaborate in various areas such as sports booking, golf, supervision and maintenance of the gym and event setup as needed - Represent Playitas Resort in a professional and positive manner at all times Requirements and necessary skills At least 2 years of experience leading fitness classes or programs preferred Relevant diplomas related to specific activities such as Crossfit, TRX, Les Mills, Pilates, Yoga, etc. Having a PT license, Fitness Level, or Sports Education Level would be beneficial Proficiency in English. Spanish, German or any other language will be a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong team player with excellent people skills, able to connect well with both colleagues and customers Customer-oriented, demonstrating responsibility, initiative, and organizational skills Positive, dynamic, and cheerful personality First aid and CPR certification are valued Requisitos :
