Group Talent Acquisition @ BFF Banking GroupRole PurposeWe are seeking a highly qualified Cross Border Legal Specialist to oversee the contracts and supervise credit recovery across our banking and non-banking entities in European countriesKey Responsabilities :He/she will be involved in the following activities:The resource will have to deal with the drafting and negotiation of contracts in English (banking, commercial, supply of goods/services or other), coordination and supervision of the credit recovery activity carried out by external lawyers, drafting of internal reports, legal notes, and legal opinions.Qualification:Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Legal contract and litigation activities in legal international firms or banking and financial sector.Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
