Join the denim heads making raw denim! Your tasks & responsibilities: Responsible for execution of the test planning and stakeholder management. Discover opportunities to optimize our platforms. Manage our backlog of A/B test ideas. Translate opportunities to detailed test cards. Briefing of the tests to our external CRO partner. Managing the CRO program pipeline from opportunity and development of the test to launching and monitoring performance. You guarantee the quality of the experiments. What you bring to the table: You have a hands-on mentality, good planning and organization skills and are analytically inclined. 2+ years of experience with A/B testing as CRO Specialist. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, social science or business economics discipline. Experience with tools like GA4, ContentSquare, Kameleoon/Optimizely/Qubit, GetFeedback, Tableau and Exponea. Ability to work independently as well as in an (international) team structure.
