Cro & Marketing& Crm Analyst (Fashion/Retail | [Dw592]

For one of the most important players in fashion/retail, we are looking for a CRO & Marketing & CRM Analyst.
The position is located near Barcelona.
Responsibilities: Analysis of current database of the different markets with the aim of increasing the value of our communications.
Definition and optimization of the Marketing Automation strategy.
Define & set-up clients clustering & segmentation to personalize communications based on clients portrait in the different markets where Massimo Dutti has online & offline stores.
Measure the results and evaluate proposals of improving the process.
Improvement of LTV, frequency of purchase, recurrence of our customers (engagement).
Definition and management of retention strategy along with the company's product communication calendar.
Definition of triggers and adhoc segments for our clients based on the knowledge of them with the aim of improving communication efficiency.
Transformation of the data into insights that add value to the marketing-capture area.
Lead & Develop consumer-focused retention and loyalty strategies in the CRO, CRM & CX team.
Requirements: Degree in Statistics, Marketing or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM position.
Experience & knowledge in Customer Experience, CRM, B2C, B2B, Loyalty, e-Mail Marketing, Marketing Automation and in designing the marketing's strategies and programs.
Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, MicroStrategy or any BI tool.
Personal Attributes: Highly passionate about data.
Able to manage multitasking projects.
Focus on the details and results.
Able to work in both Spanish and English.
