For one of our best clients in Spain, we are looking for a CRM Expert & BA with solid experience in Veeva, to collaborate in a long-term project, starting in January 2025.Required experience : Solid experience in CRM (Veeva).Skills in customization, configuration, and administration of CRM systems.Ability to identify KPIs and develop dashboards and reports.Skills to develop and implement training programs.Desirable experience: Knowledge of Veeva Medical functionalities, including KOL Engagement Plan (MEEP), KOL Segmentation, Cycle Plan, and Medical Activities Specific Training.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.Experience working in an international environment.C1 Level of English.Responsibilities : Manage the cultural shift towards CRM adoption in commercial operations and ensure its optimal functionality, focusing on KOL Engagement Plan (MEEP), KOL Segmentation, Cycle Plan, and Medical Activities Specific Training, while collaborating with Medical for CRM improvements.Identify KPIs, develop dashboards, and monitor CRM profiles, providing performance reports and metrics.Develop and implement CRM training programs, train local administrators, and prioritize/address CRM issues and enhancements.Assign pharmacies to representatives (telemarketing/other territories) and create delivery points, ensuring alignment of postal codes with data and mapping them, along with bricks, to territories.Add wholesalers to distribution actions, develop strategies and tactics, and update "My Accounts" views monthly.Maintain ACP relationships, transfer amounts, update signatories, manage contracts via DocuSign, ensure compliance for accommodation, travel, fees, and registrations, and reactivate ACPs for finance and marketing needs as required.Conditions: Location: 100% remoteClient based in BarcelonaFull-timeStart date: January 2025Long-term contractPlease don't hesitate to apply to this opportunity if you are interested or can recommend someone!
