About the JobAs a CRM Specialist at Workwide, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline our recruitment processes and improve efficiency. Your daily tasks will involve system customization, process improvement, and automation management to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:- Mastery of Zoho Suite: Become an expert in Zoho Recruit and other Zoho applications.- System Customization: Develop and tailor Zoho Recruit to meet specific recruitment needs.- Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow enhancements.- Automation: Build and manage automations to reduce manual tasks.- Data Management: Ensure high-quality data management and ATS hygiene.- Reporting and Analytics: Create and deliver insightful reports and analytics.- Training and Support: Provide training and support to the recruitment team on using Zoho Recruit effectively.- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ATS.
