Your RoleReporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is what you'll do:
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to grow, engage, and retain the user base across multiple channels.Manage and optimize email deliverability to ensure high inbox placement rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, measuring relevant KPIs.Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain a CRM roadmap aligned with overall product and business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues.Your QualificationsHard Skills3+ years of experience in CRM roles with a proven track record.Expert knowledge of email deliverability.Extensive experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.Proven expertise in both email and on-site CRM strategies.Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.Ability to create, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns.Soft SkillsStrong communication & collaborative skills.Ownership and commitment.Doer mindset.User-centricity.Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.Previous experience in challenging environments.What we offerWe prefer a B2B contract but can be flexible.
