YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage campaigns using Braze across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and more to engage customers at all lifecycle stages.Automation & Personalization: Implement tailored automation strategies for different customer segments, enhancing outreach efficiency and personalizing customer experiences.Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to continuously refine and improve performance across channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams across product, marketing, and operations to ensure new and ongoing campaigns align with the company's objectives.Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Customer Insights: Use analytics to understand customer behavior, driving personalized strategies that enhance engagement and retention.
