The specialist will lead the creation and launch of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Be ready to work in a multinational, diverse, highly motivated and collaborative team of CRM managers who strive for excellence and like to have fun.Are you ready for your next ride?YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage campaigns using Braze across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and more to engage customers at all lifecycle stages.Automation & Personalization: Implement tailored automation strategies for different customer segments, enhancing outreach efficiency and personalizing customer experiences.Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to continuously refine and improve performance across channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams across product, marketing, and operations to ensure new and ongoing campaigns align with the company's objectives.Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Customer Insights: Use analytics to understand customer behavior, driving personalized strategies that enhance engagement and retention.Our MarTech stack: Braze | Tableau | Mixpanel & moreTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:2+ years in marketing automation, lifecycle management, or CRM campaign execution.Experience implementing customer lifecycle stages and working with CRM platforms (e.G., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot).Familiarity with analytics tools (e.G., Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and basic SQL or database concepts, with a willingness to learn.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and technologiesProficiency in English is required, and knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
