You'll solve problems using CRM solutions as you liaise between Avanade clients and project teams made up of Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End (UX) Architects, and other CE professionals. - Proved experience on these technologies: o Required: Dynamics CRM Customer Service Unified Service Desk o Desirable: Genesys CTI Integration Experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code.Collaborated with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
