We stay ahead of expectations and build credibility.About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and skilled CRM Senior Analyst - E-commerce to join our team and play a key role in the implementation of transformation projects across our CRM platform, with a specific focus on enhancing our global E-commerce solutions.
As a CRM Specialist, you will work closely with our Brands and CRM teams across international markets, supporting the integration of E-commerce solutions to drive process efficiency and improve the customer journey.Responsibilities:Support the Brands and CRM local teams with the implementation of the Ecommerce in each market along the different activities: process confirmation, assets preparation, testing, go live and post go live support.Provide support for the implementation of transformation projects related to the CRM platform, with a special focus on the E-commerce solution.Address strategic and operational business challenges by leveraging transformational methodologies and assets to improve our global E-commerce platform.Connect with the Brands and CRM teams in the markets to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements to be implemented.Work with the AMS team to oversee issue resolution and enhancement requests, proposing actions to ensure smooth operation of the solution.Monitor process performance, identifying and suggesting new capabilities and process improvements to maximize efficiency and enhance the customer journey.Provide guidance and support to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical capabilities.Qualifications:Fluent English speaker (C1+).Experience in implementing E-commerce solutions and driving transformation projects, with a strong understanding of Commerce, Sales, and Service processes.Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is valued
