About the role:As CRM planning specialist, you will be one of the 3 executives in the CRM planning team, reporting to the Planning lead, in charge of driving repeat and customer lifetime value for our 7 million customers across Europe. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the CRM offline channels for Storio group and you will closely collaborate with peers and many departments across the organization.Your daily adventure at Storio:Owner of calendar, plans and briefings documents to outline all key information and requirements (audience, goal, promo to push, products to market, message…) for successful deployment of offline channels such as DMs, Catalogs and Inserts.Responsible for handling the collaboration and communication with external partners and providers, while aligning with key functions internally.Report regularly on offline channels performance and KPIs both internally and to main stakeholders.Responsible for identifying and recommending offline opportunities, A/B testing and segmentations to fuel customer lifetime and reorder value and revenue growth.Close cooperation with central planning team, creative studio, content team, analytics and pricing, commercial teams, product marketing to deliver top-notch materials.Coordinate cross department projects and initiatives focused on optimizing customer journey and repeat performance.What you bring to the party:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.3+ years working experience in CRM in an e-commerce environment.Solid knowledge of CRM trends and best practices.Excellent ability to prioritize and great organization skills.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach and strong analytical skills.Enthusiastic team player with "let's go for it!" mentality, used to work in a fast-paced e-commerce, international environment.Excellent written and verbal skills in English.Why You'll Love It Here:23 days of annual leave with a healthy work-life balance.8 weeks out of the year to work remotely abroad.Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office with Wednesday as Local Day and Thursday as Storio Day.Storio group offers 75% of Alan's private health insurance to employees.Referral bonus when you bring your friends to join the team.Storio group offers flexible compensation with Cobee.Monthly visit of a massage therapist at the office.65% company discount.About us:We are Storio group, a place where life's stories are made, crafted and shared.
