Context Market Pay aims to roll out and extend the usage of its Payment Solutions across all of Europe. Market Pay makes full use of Cloud technologies and relies on a global provider for the DevOps cycle, infrastructure as code design, hosting, and management of its employees' workspaces. Market Pay is looking for an IT and DevOps Team Manager to support its growth, manage a team of DevOps across Europe, and manage all aspects of workstations.
Responsibilities As an expert, you will drive the technical growth of our cloud environments. The team is involved in the design, administration, and optimization of all our cloud platforms, as well as in the technical implementation of environments for hosting Market Pay's solutions and assets. Beyond your technology skills, your role will be to provide real leadership to manage the DevOps expert team located in various places in Europe to deliver these missions.
Your role will include accompanying the team, supporting them in task prioritization, and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected. The variety of demands requires a good sense of business to design pragmatic, scalable, and optimized solutions. You will work closely with the Development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features.
You will set and manage the budget of the Cloud scope, Capex, and Opex, and will monitor closely its usage to keep costs under control (Fin Ops) and constantly propose optimizations (both from development optimization, cloud usage, tool usage, etc.).
A good knowledge of GCP components is required, particularly in Networking, Big Data, Storage Database, and Identity Security services. You will be an excellent technical reference for supporting users in using the GCP platform and its managed services, as well as the available application bricks.
As the person in charge of the company's workstation environment, the IT and DevOps Team Manager will also play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the company's technical infrastructure. This role combines expertise in DevOps practices with hands-on management of the company's workstation environment, primarily based on Google Suite. You will collaborate closely with our development, operations, and IT support teams to ensure seamless functionality across all systems.

Training and Background With a Master's degree in computer science or engineering (Bac +5), you've held similar positions and enjoy keeping up to date on Cloud and DevOps topics.
