We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead both our B2B and B2C CRM teams, reporting to the Head of CRM.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our senior B2B CRM capabilities, building the B2C CRM team from scratch, and aligning B2B2C strategies to drive sustainable growth across all initiatives.
What you will do In this role, you will take ownership of our CRM strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring seamless integration, impactful campaigns, and data-driven decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include: For the B2B team: Lead and support the Senior B2B CRM Strategist and the B2B Specialist in implementing CRM strategies.
Oversee CRM execution for the B2B specialist pet food retail channel, focusing on improving customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Manage customer segmentation to identify key groups and deliver tailored marketing and sales efforts.
Strengthen account management by building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Support sales teams with actionable CRM insights and tools.
Manage multichannel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions.
Collaborate with Data Analysts to leverage insights and improve decision-making.
For the B2C team: Build the B2C CRM strategy from scratch for the specialist pet food retail and grocery channels.
Develop initiatives to attract new consumers and transform users into loyal customers.
Map and optimise the customer journey across all touchpoints for a seamless experience.
Drive personalised marketing efforts using CRM data.
Lead multichannel campaign execution, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback to refine CRM strategies.
Partner with Data Analysts to evaluate user behaviour and trends, refining strategies for acquisition and engagement.
What we are looking for Proven experience in managing CRM for both B2B and B2C channels.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and data analytics requirements (Google Cloud tech stack knowledge will be a plus).
Agile development expert, with experience using product management tools: Jira (or similar), Confluence (or similar), Smartsheet, Asana (or similar).
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficient in Spanish and English; fluent in French or/and Italian would be a plus.
