We are looking for an experienced professional to help us work with existing and new customers on implementation, integration, and migration projects.
You will be responsible for discussing HubSpot platform capabilities along with integration and implementation needs prior to the sale, the sale itself, as well as strategizing, solution design, and documentation after the sale.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge around HubSpot's technology capabilities in terms of how it can be configured and implemented to solve business problems, integrate with other platforms, and create opportunities for efficiency, data management, reporting, and automation through the CRM platform.
Technical experience in the integration, administration, and implementation of CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms is essential, as well as consulting experience.
Key responsibilities To develop a deep understanding of the client, by working with them to be a trusted advisor. To lead a team. To deliver consulting services to clients to identify issues, goals, and objectives and what solutions and strategies are available to them. Accurately scoping, designing, building, and maintaining solutions meeting client's goals. Auditing the use of HubSpot and all relevant technology stack, providing guidance for businesses looking to maximize their platform applications use and success. Understanding the use and process mapping within HubSpot and all relevant applications. Translate business requirements into technical project specifications and well-designed systems. To work alongside the CEO, CTO, Head of Technology, and Head of Sales to actively seek out new opportunities. To understand the technical ins-and-outs of the HubSpot products and using a solutions-oriented mindset to how these can help solve customer's problems. To be a HubSpot technical implementation specialist, taking responsibility for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup and onboarding, tool training, and configuration. To work closely with other departments and customers to develop new tools, processes, and frameworks helping to drive product adoption. Training customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools. Advise on integrations and manage any integration projects with our clients and integration partners. Execution Capability: Test and QA, accountable for the recommendations and results with the project team, structural campaign design for data points & reporting. Nice to have Native Spanish and fluent in English. 3+ years of HubSpot experience. Strong interpersonal & soft skills. Experience working closely with Tech, Marketing & Sales teams.
