We are looking for a talented CRM Executive with expertise in eCommerce, online retail, or iGaming.
The candidate should be based in Spain, fluent in Spanish, and highly skilled in Salesforce, PowerBI, and SQL.
This role focuses on managing and enhancing CRM systems to boost customer engagement and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize CRM platforms with an emphasis on customer engagement and retention.
Utilize PowerBI and SQL to analyze data and create detailed reports.
Collaborate with various departments to implement effective CRM strategies.
Track and report on CRM performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience in eCommerce, online retail, or iGaming.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, and SQL.
Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) near Barcelona.
