WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
Proven experience in programming with JavaScript and C#.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its customization and development capabilities.
Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with other platforms and tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft development tools like Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
English Fluent
French is a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Dynamics 365 Development and Customization:
Design, develop, and customize applications based on Dynamics 365 CRM, aligned with business requirements.
Implement and configure Dynamics 365 modules to optimize the company's operations.
Programming and Development:
Write and maintain code in JavaScript and C# to develop customized functionalities within Dynamics 365.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and services through APIs and web services.
Agile Methodologies:
Actively participate in agile teams, collaborating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.
Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:
Perform maintenance and updates to existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in CRM processes and applications.
Communication and Documentation:
Document development and configurations in Dynamics 365, ensuring that information is accessible to other team members.
Effectively communicate in English with international teams and stakeholders.
