With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we ´re currently looking for a CRM Coordinator for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office.How Do You Fit In? You will also support the CRM team in delivering customer-centric projects, in collaboration with the wider JustFab EU and JustFab North America (US & Canada) teams. You should be able to think customer first. You thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members. This position reports to the CRM Manager.Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports for CRM activity as well as specific campaign performance analysis when required.You will suggest new tests and tactics based on segmentation, personalization, and customer insights to help improve performance.Required Skills 2+ years of CRM experience in a digital B2C business.You are reliable, proactive, rigorous, used to work with enthusiasm, reactivity, ability and have energy to operate in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping, as well as the main KPIs.Knowledge in segmentation / targeting / personalization.Strong data analytics skills to understand and optimize the performance of our campaigns.Efficiency using web analytics tools (e.G. Google Analytics, Excel and pivot tables).You are organised and detail-oriented, a multi-tasker who thrives on working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.A good English level (B2-C1) is required as English is the company language.What's in it for you?
