In this role, you will take on responsibility from day one.What you will doYou will be a competent customer advisor and go-to-person for all aspects of CRM Salesforce.You are going to be the partner for your internal customers in accompanying them with their CRM projects and endeavors.You advise business stakeholders and decision makers.You are responsible for the cooperation and communication with vendors and 3rd party providers relevant on a group level.You will build and enhance a CRM virtual community across business units.You are in charge of managing the external Salesforce support partner.What you bring & who you areYou successfully completed a university degree in business administration, or computer science & business informatics or equivalent operational experience.You bring 7+ years of project experience in the implementation and operation of Salesforce Sales/Service/FieldService & MarketingCloud and Pardot (experience and knowledge with other CRM solutions is a plus).Experience with Integration Platforms like SAP CPI, MuleSoft or any others.3-5 years of experience as Solution Architect within the CRM domain.You have a good understanding of how an integrated systems landscape works, including related processes, system interfaces and integrations.You have solid experience as a Salesforce System Administrator (ADM201) or a Professional Certification.You distinguish yourself through your commitment as well as your technical affinity.Your high service orientation in combination with a confident and professional appearance towards external and internal customers rounds off your profile.You are fluent in English, German is a plus.What we offerFit for the future: We're among the best in power trading.
