**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an IT Consultant that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.****MAIN TASKS**:- Opu Champions Spain for Vault MLR issues:- Veeva Vault Corporate Representative in Spain- Incident management for Vault- Management of Vault Spain users- Manage new Vault Releases / demands- Manage Corporate Vault requirements and actions requested by Corporate Vault- Communicate Vault MLR bridge between Corporate and Spain users.- Formation of local Spain users of new releases.- Management of Spain Vault MLR teams- Coordination with Compliance Medicine on Vault MLR topics.- Veeva CRM support:- Survey management- Management of technical incidents at DataSteward level.- Management of local BIConnection tool- Management/Participation in Business Solutions projects**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**- Project management- salesforce knowledge is an asset.- Veeva Vault knowledge is an asset.- General knowledge of ServiceNow Boehringer tool (desirable)- SQL, Salesforce Inspector, advanced Excel- Knowledge of process and procedure management- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector- Agile methodology- High level of English (C1)**SKILLS**- Cross-functional work- Communication skills- Digital skills- Flexibility and change management- Innovative point of view- Teamwork in international environments- Proactivity- Conflict and priority management**WHAT DO WE OFFER**- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
