CRM Business Analyst – 5+ Years experience

Key Responsibilities: Perform analytics part of the business analysis.Analyze the structure of the business including integration between Marketing, Sales & Customer Services / Post Sales.Understand Customer Journey & Processes.Streamline processes.Align internal and external stakeholders with the benefits of new technology or strategies/requirements/processes.Run workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding of processes involved.Discover and implement new requirements into future design.Write complete user stories to illustrate the requirements for new features for the Development team.Support CRM IT PM in planning development and rollout of new CRM features.Assist Product Owner in agile build and management of the CRM backlog.Support CRM team during testing phase of each release by writing business scenarios according to relevant business process and solution design.Capture enhancement requirements from support cases and create user stories for the CRM backlog.Minimum Requirements: At least 3 to 5 years' experience working with a CRM system, ideally with MS Dynamics CE.Excellent business analysis and project management skills.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics integration.
