POSTE Louis Vuitton, the world's leading luxury brand, is looking for a CRM Assistant to join the Mediterranean region, reporting directly to the Head of Client Development for the region.
The main purpose of this role is to drive the clients' loyalty and develop the store capacity to do Clientele in an omni-channel environment in a six-country complex region.
To be successful in this role, you will have solid analytical skills to extract, interpret and convert main client KPIs into concrete actions for our retail teams.
You will mainly support our CRM Manager with analytics and reporting tasks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare targets and client lists for clientelling campaigns, in-store activations and client experiences (VIC), gifting and customer journeys according to metrics provided.Extract data and generate user-friendly formats of reporting (Analytical Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
of client profiles, evolution of clients' segmentation, their demographics and purchase behavior.Prepare analysis on post-campaigns (One-to-One and One-to-Many) and customer journeys for the purpose of building and implementing a strong CRM strategy.Define and deliver client dashboards with main CRM and retail KPIs and client insights (recruitment, retention, product analysis, etc.)
for each region to cross departments (Retail, Training, Merch, Marketing team and Regional teams).CRM tools distribution (LV book, cards, printer materials, etc.
).Partner with E-commerce & Digital, Event and PCR and Merch on relevant topics.Work closely with EMEA CRM team and stores to collect information and respond to local needs and requests.EXPECTED ATTITUDES & SKILLSKnowledge in Power BI, Qlik Sense, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.Excellent skills with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Must speak English and Spanish.Eligible to do "Contrato de Prácticas" for 6 months, extendable to a year.
