About the role As our CRM App marketer, you will be working from our office in Amsterdam or in Barcelona being part of a larger CRM team of passionate marketeers, who are responsible for managing the strategy and operations & development of our CRM channels for all our EU markets.
You will be working closely with our CRM App Lead in order to build engaging promotional campaigns to support our app retention rate and manage the app marketing operations across all our brands.
As such, you're able to build recommendations and create best-in-class campaigns, using the main CRM channels (push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and emails).
Your main responsibility will be briefing, setting up, and analysing CRM campaigns that fuel the customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
Your daily adventure at Storio:You'll be responsible for the full process of campaign creation, from liaising with the creative team to setting up push notification campaigns within the ESP for multiple countries.Continuously steer, monitor and report on campaigns and channel performance, being able to identify and recommend opportunities that fuel customer lifetime value and revenue growth.Benchmark against market competitors to define market trends, customer behaviour, and industry best practices.Work together with the CRM App Lead to understand business needs and find opportunities to develop exciting, innovative, and relevant multichannel campaigns.A/B testing setup & collaboration on technical projects focused on improving channel performance & scalability.How you make your mark:Bring in a commercial mindset, creativity, and innovative knowledge of CRM marketing best practices with a high focus on mobile.What you bring to the party:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field, with at least 1+ years of commercial marketing experience in an international e-commerce environment.Previous experience designing and creating push notifications, in-app, or email campaigns in an ESP.Proven strong analytical skills with an affinity for customer data.Very solid knowledge of mobile creative requirements, app marketing trends, and best practices.Ability to combine operational & strategic work effectively and communicate with all levels of the business, prioritize & manage assignments to meet deadlines, and establish solid relationships.Enthusiastic team player with a "let's go for it!" mentality, used to working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Excellent written and verbal skills in English.Extra Kudos for Experience:Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic.Experience with Looker and Adobe Analytics.Affinity and interest in technical projects.Why You'll Love It Here:At Storio group, we understand the importance of work-life balance.
