You will have coffee and fresh fruit at your disposal, and 6 extra vacation days a year.Responsibilities:Sit with local Country Managers to analyze process drivers and identify technical and engineering optimization processes, design new processes and roll-out plans.Homogenize, align, and structure a sales process standard for ezzingSolar in the different countries.Requirements:Fluent in Spanish and English.Exhibits excellent judgment.Long experience in technical and execution distributed energy workflow.Passion and conviction with the innate ability to inspire passion in others.At least 5 years of experience in consulting or project management in a fast-paced and international environment (technical and operational excellence or performance steering).Experience reporting directly to C-Suite roles.Ability to effectively prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.Skills:Excellent organization & time management.Proven experience working abroad, leading projects in an international environment.Benefits:Long life in Renewable Energies with us.#J-18808-Ljbffr
