We also perform global crisis management, corporate security, and insider threat operations. In this unique Crisis & Security Management Senior Analyst position, you will be a member of the Global Cybersecurity department, reporting to the Crisis and Security Management (CSM) team. This role includes supporting agile and confidential crisis response and intervention protocols that minimize the impact of critical natural, technological, and confrontational incidents affecting NielsenIQ's people, property, and business interests primarily in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will assist with the creation of crisis and security policy and training programs for our global workforce, and through engagement and partnering with key internal and third-party functional leads, you will also support assessments of our crisis management, business continuity (BC), and data recovery (DR) plans and playbooks.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doCoordinate and in some cases create standardized security assessments for NielsenIQ operating locationsAssist with the development of company-level physical security policyAssist with the development of company-level crisis management plans as well as coordinated local emergency response plansAssist with the development of global crisis response and security training programsLead various initiatives or projects to further enhance our BC/DR proceduresProvide guidance to the business, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements of crisis and security management are fully understoodAssist with the development of crisis management and corporate security intake/request processesQualificationsWe're looking for people who haveBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Crisis or Security Management, Computer Security or research related discipline or a minimum of 3 years of direct crisis management or cybersecurity experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and business judgment1-2 years' experience with corporate security or similar operations1-2 years of policy and plans developmentGood analytical and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of industry accepted security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)Proficient with Microsoft 365 ProductsRelevant industry certification or pursuing certification desired, but not a requirement (e.g., CCMC, PSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP)Prior law-enforcement or military experience desired, but not a requirementAbout NielsenIQNielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company providing the most complete and trusted view of consumers and markets in 90 countries covering 90% of the world's population.
