Recognized as the Apple Top 100 Apps of 2016 in the world and the fastest growing start-up in Spain in 2018 according to Tech5, our team is currently looking for a finance wizard ready to rock and take the Marketing department to the next level.Who you areWe are on the lookout for a hardworking and passionate intern, with a strong interest in music, events, and clubbing culture with fluency in one (or more) European languages, to join our Xceed Discover Program and work and learn alongside our Marketing team in Barcelona or remotely (as long as with similar time-zone).
Ideally, you will be in the last or penultimate year of your university degree and could join us for an internship for at least 6 months.
The longer you stay, the better will be to evaluate your performance and exchange your improving skill for our knowledge, with the ultimate goal of hiring you for a permanent position at the end of your internship - this is absolutely based on your interests and performance, which will be closely supported by our team.What is Xceed Discover Program?Xceed Discover Program offers a learning and development opportunity for newly graduated young professionals who want to join a digital, innovative, and flexible company.What should you expect?If completed successfully, talents will be moved onto the next phase (Xceed Magellan) for a 3 months advanced training and action-oriented schedule - this phase will be retributed.
Finally, the last phase (Xceed Earle) will focus on guiding talents to their final destination department and long-term position - this phase will be fully retributed and naturally evolve into a full-time indefinite contract at Xceed.What will you doYour activities will include but will not be limited to:Reaching out to current and potential partners to launch co-marketing campaignsResearching cornerstone content for the creation of blog articles across our markets (cities, venues, bars, clubs, artists, guides)Writing SEO-optimised articles and descriptionsCreate marketing-related content and upload it via WordPress to keep our Night Mag up to dateWorking on the social media strategy and executionYour skills and experience- Fluency in English plus a second language amongst German, Italian, French, and Portuguese is a must- Studying journalism, marketing, design, or similar- Having a passion for writing and music- Studying Graphic Design and other creative majors is a plus- Interest in music (especially electronic) and the going out culture- Ability to learn and adapt quickly- Interest in technology and start-ups would be a plus- Passion for what you do: whether it's partying or work, our heart is in it!- A humble attitude and a good sense of humor are a must ; )- Good skills in G Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Our perks- Unlimited remote working and absolute flexibility.
