What you will do: Create monthly Crew Schedule from scratch for both Flight Deck & Cabin Crew, delivering a roster that complies with Flight Time Limitations, company standards and costs optimization. Ensure training needs are correctly planned during the Rostering process. Organize and maintain main KPI within Crew Schedule department. Create and maintain training qualification, expiries, crew categories and contract status on AIMS database. Improve processes and monitoring tools within the department, with the aim of allowing the scalation of processes with the company's growth. Coordinate tasks with the internal departments involved in the operation (Flight OPS, Cabin Crew, HR, Training and Safety, among others). Coordinate and supervise crew scheduling team, follow up of their daily and monthly duties. Support Crew Scheduling Manager on team members short term progression evaluation. New Joiners initial formation. What you will need: 3 years of experience in crew planning, crew scheduling or crew control. Knowledge of AIMS scheduling system or similar. Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Test will be done during the recruitment process). Computer literate (MS Office) and any additional Microsoft or other professional IT background. Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, able to adapt to changes. Internal Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills used to communicate via e-mail and phone. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative. Strong attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills.
