We hope the information you find here encourages you to apply so we can get to know you and stay connected.Job PurposeDevelop and publish the monthly schedule of cabin crew members (TCP) of all flights operated globally by Vueling in the bases assigned, in accordance with Company planning standards and strategy, and with the current regulatory framework, in order to achieve maximum productivity & efficiency, flight crew satisfaction and quality of life, and assure the compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Main Responsibilities - TasksCollect, from different departments, all necessary and relevant information about flights and flight crew preassignments, and load it in the roster planning tool.Parameterize the schedule with all the information collected, optimize assignments, and analyze & validate the result.Publish the monthly roster schedule of the next month for crew.Elaborate feedback reports for all the departments involved.Ensure that all the necessary information is available to carry out the planning, and identify the working days to fly.Assure the best solution for the Company and for the employee, and the compliance with productivity & efficiency needs, flight crew requests, satisfaction and quality of life, and with all legal and regulatory requirements.Let know, 14 days before the beginning of the month, what days they are going to work and what days they are going to take off.Continuous improvement of the roster scheduling process.EducationUniversity Degree (i.e. aeronautical management).ExperienceRelevant experience in aviation.Knowledge in SQL and Tableau.Ideally - Professional Roster tools (Jeppesen Rostering).Ideally - Professional Crew Management Tools (AIMS).Ideally - SalesForce.LanguagesSpanish and English fluency.LocationViladecans (Barcelona)LevelIndividual Contributor 5 - TECVueling is the first Top Employer airline in Europe.
