Reporting to the Crew Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for both Pilot and Cabin Crew resourcing on a day-to-day basis, to ensure a reliable and punctual operation.Main Responsibilities - TasksEnsure that crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements.Handle operational incidents including: aircraft rerouting, low staffing, disruptions, and other situations requiring crewing solutions.Maintain and develop a professional standard of relations with Crew, other Line Departments, and fellow team members.Have a working knowledge of crew agreements and roster policies.Participate in Operations Control projects where required.Support functions of Crew Control and provide cover where needed.Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crew and operation decisions.Actively participate in the tasks required for the start-up of the operation (manuals, documentation, data, software, etc.).Other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Crew Operations.EducationStudies related to aeronautics will be highly valued.ExperienceCrew Controller or similar position and knowledge of the AIMS crewing system will be an asset.CompetenciesWorking under pressure, teamwork, and leadership skills.Flexible, decisive, and rigorous, while strictly following procedures.Analytic profile with attention to detail.Desired but not a must: At least 1 year experience as a Crew Controller or similar position and knowledge of the AIMS crewing system.LanguagesEnglish: C1 - C2Spanish: C1 - C2LocationBarcelonaOur benefitsStaff travel: Enjoy discounted flights not only with LEVEL, but also with over 90 long-haul and short-haul airlines.
