We love what we do!  Join our team! We are looking for a Credit Risk Manager in Albasanz Office (Spain)! Key responsibilities: Enhancing risk strategy across the credit lifecycle, including origination, scorecard cut-off management, affordability assessment, limit management, and cross-product pre-approval Actively managing the risk and reward balance of credit risk strategy for our portfolio in the UK, utilizing internal and external data, and scoring models Understanding and developing key metrics to assess the performance of risk strategies Generating and delivering presentations on credit risk performance and significant trends Participating (providing business requirements) in building credit scoring models to drive growth and improve efficiency of the processes across the company Interaction with DWH, marketing, collection, reporting and IT Yourprofile: Some experience in unsecured credit risk lending and strategy development within consumer lending organizations Experience working with large data sets and using analysis/modelling to drive business results Experience with databases (SQL) and MS Excel skills Preferably, knowledge of Python for data analysis Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English (verbally and written) You are organized, detail-oriented, self-motived and creative professional Local resident of Spain or ready for relocation to Spain (Madrid) We are offering: Challenging projects that you will have the real impact on Employee development program to support you in your personal and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
