About the roleThe credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions. It#39;s a big old job, but our people are a Credit to us all. We need a Credit Product Manager who#39;ll be the go-to person on all things credit in their allocated market. You#39;ll drive product development, improve funnel conversion, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain the best quality on all aspects of the product and customer journey. You#39;ll ensure we deliver the highest quality product features, support, and service levels. We need a Leader with capital #39;L#39; to own product building and retail credit products, as well as an awesome boss to collaborate occasionally with technical Product Owners and the Engineering team. What you'll be doingSetting the vision for the credit card products in the respective market, understanding how it connects to Revolut's goalsBuilding credit card products with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customerDefining, prioritising, and communicating short, mid, and long-term project goals of the product and marketEnsuring high engagement in the UX domain to deliver great customer experiencesCreating a high-conversion funnel and offering acceptance rateLowering the cost of customer acquisitionEnsuring high customer satisfaction related to understanding and experience within the retail credit products segmentEstablishing reliable and reputable third-party partnershipsEnsuring zero tolerance of any compliance issue or breach of regulatory requirementsWhat you#39;ll needHands-on experience building products and/or features in retail credit cards in your allocated marketExcellent new product design and user research experienceA passionate approach to customer experienceA broad knowledge of risk management principlesA detail-oriented, structured mindsetExceptional interpersonal and negotiation skillsThe ability to prioritise features based on customer needs/wantsA deeply analytical approach and track record for making data-driven decisionsThe ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functionsFluency in EnglishEffective communication skills with all stakeholdersA passion for building new processes and challenging the status quoBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
