JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and checking loan proposals and helping in the smooth flow of approval.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)

Responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and checking loan applications, ensuring the completeness of the loan requirements, which includes:

Verifying attached documents and ensuring that documents submitted have the stamp of "SEEN ORIGINAL COPY", "AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENTS", and "SIGNATURE VERIFIED".
Double-checking encoded details such as spelling of NAME, EMPLOYEE No., DIVISION No., STATION No., EDATE, and TDATE based on submitted payslips and valid IDs, which is vital in the BILLING process.
Making the final assessment based on Risk Acceptance criteria, such as but not limited to the amount of loan applied for, interest rates, term, monthly amortization, etc.

Ensuring that all accounts are qualified to avail APDS and that all documents submitted are complete and valid.
Analyzing and reviewing applicant's financial and credit status to determine the possibility of granting loans.
Approving loans within specified limits and referring loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
Checking details and attaching DepED Confirmations from DepED verifiers in the cnd web.
Assisting the APDS Credit Lending Head in loan management functions.

JOB SPECIFICATION & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Education: Must be a graduate of Business Management, Finance, or any related course.
Experience: Preferably with a background in Credit Assessment and Financial Analysis.
Others: Good interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and a background in Commerce. Organized with good communication skills. Keen attention to detail and highly trainable. Trustworthy.
