Job Description:
The position conducts thorough investigations into the credit history and standing of individuals or businesses applying for loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Review loan applications and requirements of loan applicants.
Validate information through interviews with loan applicants.
Verify personal and financial data, as well as credit history, through trade checking, bank verification, employment verification, inspecting collateral units, and credit investigations.
Examine the payment history of applicants' previous or existing loans with other financial institutions.
Prepare accurate and reliable Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM).
Submit the CAM on time to the Immediate Superior and Credit Committee for approval.
Perform other work-related functions as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Open to fresh graduates without experience or senior high school graduates, provided they have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in loan/credit review or a related field.
Knowledge of credit analysis and loans/credit operations will be an advantage.
Owns a motorcycle and holds a valid driver's license.
Willing to engage in fieldwork.
Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Innovative and creative in the approach to the loan/credit review process.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Proficient in proper telephone etiquette and handling different personalities well.
