If so, then come and join our Billing team as a Credit Controller.
You will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by effectively managing all credit tasks.As a Credit Controller in our office in Madrid, you will have the following responsibilities:Raise our Fees & Campaign invoices and promptly send them to our global partners (large value low volume invoices)Ensure our billing services are delivered up to our Fever standardsChase unpaid invoices ensuring all debt is collected promptly across all our different marketsMaximise cash collections by making sure our partners receive our invoices in time and any discrepancies or disputes are resolved in a timely manner.Negotiate with partners to ensure terms are maintained and build good relationships.High attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsPeriodically communicating Aged debtor reporting and other ad-hoc month end reporting tasks to senior management.Work closely with the Billing Manager to escalate and resolve matters.Be the point of contact with debt collectors agencies.Preparing reports for debt collectors agencies
