Credit Controller
Expedia Group is recruiting a Credit Controller to support our Expedia for Business Portfolio.

What you'll doLead credit control for a portfolio of partners, acting as their sole point of contact for financial queries.Ensure partners pay on time and in full, providing sufficient information for timely and accurate allocation.Meet cash & debtor day KPIs set by the business for your portfolio.Ensure partners trade within existing credit limits and adopt measures to encourage trading within agreed terms.Manage credit limits across the portfolio, taking corrective actions.Anticipate developments and accounts requiring special attention.Perform proactive analysis and reconciliation to ensure partner accounts are up to date.Understand local trading conditions by maintaining strong relationships and following regional economic performance and changes to government regulation or banking laws which may impact Expedia or our partners.Investigate queried/disputed transactions, including discussion with partners and recommendation of resolutions to the Finance Manager.Assist with setting up partners on the Affiliate Collect Program.Identify areas of process improvement.Liaise with internal teams, such as sales and commercial finance for a rounded approach to affiliate relationships, or with central treasury for efforts to repatriate cash in local currency.Who you are5+ years of successful credit control experience with responsibility for an assigned portfolio of receivables/debtors.Experience managing clients trading to set credit limits.Excellent level of English; other languages would be an asset (such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian).Experience identifying risks and opportunities through analysis and interpretation.Letter of Credit knowledge.Credit insurance knowledge.Experience in the travel and leisure industry would be a plus.Account reconciliation knowledge.Strong communicator, with excellent written and oral communication.Experience building relationships and working in a cross-functional environment.Experience investigating statements issued against payments reviewed.Advanced Excel skills; experience working with Oracle is a plus.About Expedia GroupExpedia is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce.
