Ensure SLAs commitment.ComplianceCommercial contractual knowledgeStrong commercial awareness in order to confidently report, negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholdersEscalation and communication with internal teams: Collections Team Manager, Client management teams (sales, commercial, project Managers…), Revenue Owners and Billing TeamsFocus on Customer and Account Management community engagement to enhance the service reputation of StradaService driven, proactive approach to problem solving - conference calls, Purchase Order renewal, pre-due collection activities and a collaborative escalation processStakeholder management – Promote clear, regular two-way communication between both parties.Strategic Working Capital managementAssist to reduce payment delays and unbilled debt in line with target requirementsProactive problem solving on Order to Cash activities: early billing, recurring issues and Purchase Order renewalsCreate and take ownership over awareness and alignment of Order to Cash benefits, dispute management support, Purchase Orders renewals and de-support processesResponsibility for ensuring all billing is qualified out immediately and any discrepancies are reported straight awayOrder to Bill Assistance: support on invoice dispatch, complete sanity check of invoices, ensure timely delivery of invoices to the customersEssentialStrategic stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong inter-personal skills - able to pro-actively communicate at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to look beyond own field or area of experience.Knowledge of Order to Cash Processes and Working Capital StrategiesHigh level of personal motivation and focus with an ability to multi taskExcellent attention to detailExperience working in a multinational organization (SSC environment)Qualifications, work experience & personal skillsEssentialStrategic stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong inter-personal skills - able to pro-actively communicate at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to look beyond own field or area of experience.Knowledge of Order to Cash Processes and Working Capital StrategiesHigh level of personal motivation and focus with an ability to multi taskExcellent attention to detailExperience working in a multinational organization (SSC environment)Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc.)EssentialExcellent Reporting and Analytical skillsExperience of using general ledger systemsKnowledge of working with data warehouses and ERP systemsFluent in English and, ideally, another European language (French, Dutch, German or Italian)BenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it's important our benefits care for the whole person.
