Job Description:
As a Credit Control / Senior Credit Analyst for Continental Europe, you'll work as an integral part of the Operations Credit Control team to drive standardized procedures with Key Performance Indicators. The role holder will contribute to the proactive management of the team to ensure accounts are serviced to a high standard and within deadlines. Also responsible for minimizing Everest's Bad Debt exposure and improving the cash flow and investment income.
Key Accountabilities:
Contribute to service efficiency through effective process execution in line with offshoring, policy, process, and governance requirements.
Maintain clear and regular communication with Brokers, Cover holders, Finance, IT & Data Management, Underwriting teams, and Group Operations management.
Collaborate with Operations and Finance management to identify potential improvements in service quality, cost, or timeliness.
Engage with various stakeholders including IT, Operations, Finance, and Data Management to ensure that technology roadmaps align with the Group's operational needs.
Handle day-to-day issues in credit control, ensuring that effective solutions are implemented. This includes resolving cash-related queries on Xchanging messaging and direct settlements, as well as other incidents within agreed timelines.
Support external audits by providing timely and accurate information.
Perform all functions in compliance with Everest policies and specific procedure manuals.
Participate in or facilitate workshops for training or data gathering as needed.
Person Specification:
Business Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Should possess excellent market experience and a strong contact base in Operations credit control teams.

Experience with Document Management & Workflow systems (desirable but not essential)
Familiarity with Management Information tools (desirable but not essential)
