Role Responsibility Handling all Credit Control post Managing personal and team inboxes Maintaining 3E notes and data quality to audit standards. Supporting Credit Controllers in all aspects of chasing the firm's debt Completing billing, cash summaries and Statements of Account Dealing with purchase order numbers for clients Producing copy invoices and supporting documents where requested Dealing with incoming calls and account queries where appropriate Produce and deal with the daily bill reminder notifications (VAT letters) The Ideal Candidate Ability to multi-task and understand the demands of different departments Previous experience of a professional services sector A methodical approach Ability to handle telephone calls, emails & meetings.
