Credit And Operation Manager (Financial)

Responsibilities:

Formulate credit standards and credit flow processes.
Serve as the final decision-maker for individual credit review cases (some cases will require CEO approval).
Oversee and manage the entire credit review process to prevent deficiencies and fraud.
Operate and maintain reviews in accordance with established regulations and guidelines.
Detect deficiencies or fraudulent activities and implement swift and effective countermeasures.
Develop talent and educate the Credit Survey team

Qualifications

Over 3 years of management experience in the credit or risk management departments of financial institutions.
High decision-making and judgment abilities, with the capability to conduct rigorous reviews.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Deep understanding of regulations and internal policies.
Business-level English proficiency (able to communicate in both conversation and writing)
A proactive attitude towards improvement and a willingness to tackle a wide range of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php77,000.00 per month
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

credit or risk management: 4 years (Preferred)
