Job Description Position Summary: Provides administrative and operational support to Credit & Collection, Treasury, and Finance Department.
Job Scope: Responsible for the collection of checks for confirmed payments and issuance of corresponding provisional receipts (PR) for Post Dated Check payments and official receipts (OR) for dated checks. Countering of Delivery Documents. Assists in monitoring invoices for counter. In charge of transmittal of invoices to TSEs for collections. Assist in coordinating with TSE on collection schedule. Responsible for organizing and filing documents per customer. Assist in following up with concerned personnel on issues concerning adjustments to be made on affected customer's account. Assist in the verification of unpaid invoices as well as the nature of discrepancies. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Education: College graduate, with Diploma in BS Accountancy and other related fields.
Years of Related Work Experience: At least one (1) year experience in Accounting with ERP background.
