Credit And Collection Head

Job Scope:Ensures the proper implementation of credit policy for the new and old clients of the company.Assists in the decision-making process of credit line extension by providing vital information.Prepares weekly and monthly reports of Credit Sales and Collection.Closely monitors customer accounts.Responsible for the approval of Sales and Delivery Invoices in all Business Units.Provides support to TSEs in terms of collection and documentation.Closely coordinates with TSEs, Treasury and Accounting departments in terms of collection activities.Leads in weekly collection planning and follow-ups.Assists the C & C staff on the collection activities.Responsible for the issuance of correspondence to clients with overdue accounts.Performs reconciliation and verification of unpaid invoices and adjustments from sales and collection receipts.Monitors and clears delinquent accounts.Assists in the implementation of Commission Policy and prepares the monthly computation of Sales Commission.Assists the accounting department on filing of quarterly CWT.Supervises staff on the complete execution of assigned tasks.Approves staff's individual itinerary and transportation expenses.Approves, monitors, and supervises official business, vacation/sick leave, and undertime forms.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: College graduate, with Diploma in BS Accountancy; CPA is an advantage.Years of Related Work Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of relevant managerial experience.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.Benefits:Company Christmas gift.Health insurance.Life insurance.Opportunities for promotion.Paid training.Promotion to permanent employee.Schedule:10 hour shift.Day shift.Monday to Friday.Supplemental Pay:13th month salary.Performance bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
