WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Credit Analyst you will be mainly responsible for analyzing financial accounts to assess the creditworthiness of (wholesale) customers and predict whether they can meet their financial obligations.
You will play a key role in managing the credit portfolio and optimizing the credit granting processes.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: Assessing the creditworthiness of existing and potential (wholesale) customers by analyzing annual accounts, credit history, and preparing forecasts.
Prepare annual reviews and proposals for new credit limits for Credit Committee and HQ Committees and present those in the different Committees.
Propose guarantees to be obtained from customers to support the proposed credit limits.
Monitor payment behavior of in particular wholesale customers.
Prepare and manage contractual documentation for wholesale customers.
Align with different internal stakeholders on profitability of customers, risk appetite and new business initiatives.
EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
EDUCATION MBO/HBO degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Additional NIBE/SVV Commercial lending would be ideal, but not a must.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
