We engineer technologies that protect customers' products – whether they are battling heat, light, corrosion, abrasion, moisture, or chemicals – and add dimension and beauty with colorful finishes.We are currently looking for aCredit Analyst / Cash Collector (North America)to join us at our facility inAsturias, Spain.Key Responsibilities:Increase revenue while keeping risk low through issuing and monitoring our customer's credit.Responsible for the North America customer portfolio, including meeting account receivables objectives and goals related to past due percentage and DSO.Responsible for cash collection and resolution of customer's discrepancies, working in partnership with the sales/business organizations and AR/Cash Application team.Evaluates credit risk/Credit Underwriting, establishes credit limits and payment terms to customers within DOA.Implements credit risk mitigating structures based on customer investigation and risk assessment.Enforces established credit limits and payment terms, ensuring timely collections.Responsible for consistent application of Credit policies and procedures.Ensure solid internal controls.Actively participate or lead Credit related projects.Operational framework and authorizations needed as per DOA FIN0020.Access required to SFDC, SAP S4 Hana, D&B.Key Requirements:Availability:Hybrid work model (3 days in-office), regular schedule (start at 11h AM / 12h PM and finish at 20h / 21h).
NO travel required.Experience:2-5 years in Credit or Finance or Collections, with ideally strong knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and/or credit underwriting, particularly in North American markets.Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.Technical Skills:Prior experience with SAP (S/4 Hana preferred), Excel, PowerPoint.Soft Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
