Universal Pictures International (UPI) owns and operates direct theatrical marketing and distribution of feature films in many locations around the globe including Austria, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, and UK & Eire.
In other territories, UPI markets and distributes movies through its JV offices, as well as in select territories, licensees who are contracted to distribute on UPI's behalf.Creative TraineeThe Creative Trainee will be part of the Marketing team within Universal Pictures International Spain.
Reporting to the Creative Advertising Manager, they will be responsible for assisting in controlling delivery deadlines, production times, and activation dates of all media campaign materials (TV, OOH, RADIO, DISPLAY, and SOCIAL).Key ResponsibilitiesTrade campaign materials localisation and adaptation.Support in the localisation activity, together with the responsible person of the Creative area, of trailers and posters.Support in the localisation, together with the responsible person of the Creative area, of TV spots, radio spots and print materials.Localisation and development of all social media materials.Follow-up of the display digital campaigns for all our releases.Delivery of social materials, trailers, posters, creative content pieces and other special marketing materials to our social media agency.Coordination with our media agency of the delivery of all media campaign materials.Day to day contact with international agencies.Day to day contact with creative local agencies, POS vendors, and production agencies.Coordination of dubbing studios and image laboratory vendors for specific processes, with the supervision of the responsible of the creative area.Creating purchase orders.Giving support to other marketing areas supervised by the responsible of the creative area.Qualifications Proactive, communicative, and a strong team player.Creative and excellent organizational skills.Excellent ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.Fluent in English.University Degree in Communication/Marketing and/or Creative.
